General Information & FAQs

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% required on all orders. Remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup of desserts.
• All desserts are sold by the dozen.
• Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final.
• Lead time is 3 weeks for most orders. I may be able to accommodate last minute orders (within 7 days) depending on the design. An additional rush fee of 25% of order total will be added to orders with less than 3 weeks notice.

• All desserts are available for pickup in Fairfield, CA.
• Delivery within a 8 mile radius MAY available for a 2 dozen minimum order. Delivery charge of $15 will be applied.
• Additional delivery options for orders within a 25 mile radius MAY be available based on specific terms in the consultation process. Delivery fee is 25% of order total.
•  Delivery requests outside of a 25 mile radius MAY  be available based on specific terms in the consultation process . Delivery fee is 35% of order total.
• Set up and displaying of desserts is not provided at this time.

The following guidelines have been established to ensure your satisfaction with all desserts:

• Cake pops can be refrigerated for up to 14 days after pickup. Oreos can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks. 
• Do not leave in heat or direct sunlight because desserts will melt due to the nature of how they are made. (Customer is responsible for maintaining the condition of the desserts after pickup/delivery).

• If you cancel your order, your 50% deposit is nonrefundable. 
• If you cancel within 48  hours of your scheduled pickup/delivery you will be responsible for full payment. 
• If you cancel outside of 48 hours from your scheduled pickup/delivery I will be happy to transfer your deposit to a new order date within 90 days of your original order date.
